Value streams in Arq
A value stream as its stages in order, each with the capabilities it exercises. Stages are ordered by precedes, so reordering is a change to the model, not a drawing.
/01 Fidelity
L1 Allowed relationships, containment and validation are enforced.
Arq declares a level only when its test fixtures prove it, and raises it the same way.
