Why is annual the default?
Card fees are charged per payment, so twelve monthly payments cost far more to process than one annual payment. Annual is cheaper for you and better for us; monthly is there if you want it.
What does the hosted AI credit cover?
Drafting views from a brief and the command bar. The credit resets each month and Arq stops at zero rather than charging more. Add your own key in Settings to keep drafting without limits.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day trial with no card, and a demo you can use without an account. After the trial, your work stays readable until you subscribe.
How are seats counted?
One seat per member of the organization. Adding a member adds a seat, prorated; removing one reduces the next invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
