Capability maps in Arq
Capabilities at levels 1 to 4, nested by composition and laid out as a map: level 1 across the top, the levels below inside each. The same capabilities are exercised by activities and value stream stages.
/01 Fidelity
L1 Allowed relationships, containment and validation are enforced.
Arq declares a level only when its test fixtures prove it, and raises it the same way.
