Trial and billing
The trial, subscribing, seats and cancelling.
A new organization has a 14-day trial with every feature and no card. The banner in the workbench shows the days left. After the trial, your work stays readable until someone subscribes.
Subscribe
Open Billing and choose yearly ($10 per user) or monthly ($1 per user). Checkout is handled by Stripe; Arq never sees your card. One seat is charged per member, and seats follow membership with proration.
Change or cancel
From Billing, open the Stripe customer portal to update the card, see invoices, switch interval or cancel. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
