Terms of service
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Lattix Technologies Corp ("Lattix") for the use of Arq, the architecture workbench at this site (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the workbench. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your organization.
3. Trial, subscription and billing
- A new organization receives a 14-day trial with every feature and no card. When the trial ends, content stays readable but cannot be changed until someone subscribes.
- Subscriptions are per user, billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. One seat is charged per member; seat changes are prorated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
- Prices exclude taxes, which are added where applicable. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, effective from your next renewal.
4. Hosted AI and your own keys
Each subscription includes a monthly hosted AI credit for drafting and commands. The credit does not roll over and the Service stops using it at zero. If you add your own model provider key, requests made with it are governed by your agreement with that provider, and you are responsible for its charges. AI output can be wrong: proposals are only added to a model when a person accepts them, and you remain responsible for what you accept.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the models, views and other content you put into the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Lattix the rights needed to host, process, display and transmit Customer Content to provide the Service to you. Lattix does not use Customer Content to train machine-learning models. Processing of personal data in Customer Content is covered by the data processing addendum.
6. Architecture hub
Packages in the architecture hub are provided as reference material. When you import one, the copy in your model is your Customer Content and you may change it freely. Hub packages are provided as is, without a warranty that they suit your systems.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not break or probe the security of the Service or other customers' data, except through a coordinated disclosure as described on the security page.
- Do not use the Service to store unlawful content, to send spam, or to test stolen payment cards.
- Do not resell the Service, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, outside the published interfaces (such as MCP) and their limits.
We may suspend access that breaches these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or an active threat prevents it.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but do not promise uninterrupted operation during this period. We may improve and change features; we will not remove a core capability you rely on without reasonable notice.
9. Export and termination
You can export your models at any time in the formats the Service offers. If your subscription ends, your content remains readable for a period stated in the final version of these terms before deletion, so you can export it.
10. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Lattix's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
11. General
The governing law, venue and notice details will be set out in the final version. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We will notify you of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
