What we do not collect

  • No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no tracking cookies.
  • Site measurement is a daily count of steps (visits, trial and demo clicks, sign-ups, subscriptions) with no identifier, address or device information.
  • The demo runs in your browser. For its drafting limit we store a salted hash of your network address with a count, never the address itself.

Cookies

Arq uses only cookies that are needed for the Service to work: your session, and the organization you have selected. Your theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage.

AI providers

When you draft with the hosted credit, the brief and the relevant part of your model are sent to the AI provider configured for the Service for that request only. Lattix does not use your data to train models. If you add your own provider key, requests go to the provider you chose under your agreement with them.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the subprocessors listed on the security page, to run the Service, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Audit events are kept for security purposes. Retention periods after an account or subscription ends will be stated in the final version of this notice.

Your choices and rights

You can view and correct your account details, export your models, and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as access, portability and objection. Contact us through lattix.io to exercise them.
